Tom Cruise's 'Digger' FLOPS; 'Verity' tops box office

Warner Bros.' film 'Digger' failed to perform at the box office during its opening weekend. The film grossed only $8 million domestically against a production budget of $125 to $150 million. Meanwhile, Amazon MGM's 'Verity' topped the charts, earning $32.6 million in its debut weekend. This disappointing performance occurs as Warner Bros. faces a merger with Paramount Skydance.
