Kelce Mansion Privacy Plans: Neighbours question evergreens and sewer risk; board to revisit on Nov 10

Travis Kelce’s $5.35 million Ohio mansion faces fresh scrutiny as local officials continue reviewing plans for the historic lakeside estate. While the revised six-foot privacy fence received approval in September, the proposed rear landscaping remains unresolved. Neighbors have raised concerns about tree heights and potential damage to shared sewer lines. Bratenahl’s Architectural Review Board is scheduled to revisit the landscaping proposal on November 10, 2026, leaving parts of the property improvements pending.
