CWG 2026: Harjinder Kaur wins silver with 227kg total in 69kg Weightlifting

Harjinder Kaur secured a silver medal in the women's 69kg weightlifting event. She achieved a combined total of 227kg, lifting 101kg in the snatch. Kaur then lifted 126kg in the clean and jerk, setting a new record. Canada's Charlotte Simoneau claimed the gold medal with a total of 240kg. Australia's Nya Phebe Hayman earned the bronze medal with 218kg.
