Congress and the government clashed on Monday over Rahul Gandhi’s question seeking a list of wilful bank defaulters, with minister of state for finance Anurag Thakur saying it was on the CIC website. He also raked up reports of sale of an M F Hussain painting by the Gandhi family to Yes Bank co-founder Rana Kapoor.
